SherpaShare Tip Pass Best Practice

Before you use the Tip Pass in the field, finish the activation first. Scan the final QRCode to review the Pass and test tip yourself. After that, you are ready.

First, mount your QRCode in a place where your passengers can spot and easily scan, like the windows on the side or in the front.

We recommend you print the qrcode as the Decal which you can do with Fedex printing service etc.

Also print out our ILOVETIP sticker (download) or SCAN2TIP sticker (download) to put aside of the barcode to start the conversation. Below is one sample layout.

Second, ensure your tip pass looks great. Pick a nice and friendly profile image.

Third, SELL, SELL, SELL. Talk to the passengers who are friendly and remind them about the tip options, encourage them to give it a try. Once they install the Pass, they can tip on-spot or tip later.

The bottom line is You need to deliver a good ride experience and let passengers know they have this easy way to show their gratitude.
